Working within Corporate Services Human Resources groupyou will Architect HR Software Solutions. As an enterprise architect, you’ll work to ensure architecture cohesiveness and drive alignment to both business and technology objectives for initiatives that span multiple product areas and/or Lines of Business. You’ll have a broad view of products, technologies, processes, and data and how they should work together to deliver business value.
Responsibilities
- Lead and Architect technology solutions at the Enterprise level.
- Responsible for modernization of Technology and Business of the HR group
- Responsible for the consolidation of HR Software services and eliminate redundancies of systems.
- Drive the direction of the Department/Team
- Be a configuration consultant for all the Workday projects.
- Provide technology direction for configuration and expertise in multiple modules in the Workday HCM suite (HCM Core, Compensation, Absence, Talent and Performance) and Workday Security
- Manage the Workday Architecture & Design process including in-depth involvement with Workday Core, Talent, Recruiting, Performance
- Designs and help build technical solutions to business requirements and help develop components including Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, LMS etc.
- Identify and drive improvements that help client to scale through optimization and automation of manual processes.
- Drive Security, Governance and management across all modules and interfaces.
- Own architecture, design, and delivery of critical and complex product requirements
- Partners with business and IT leadership along with product area architects regularly to understand key business initiatives to ensure product area target architectures are aligned with enterprise architecture and industry strategies
- Provides insights and recommendations to Executive Committee on strategic architectural opportunities
- Consult on candidate architectures produced by product areas. Assists and guides product areas through the governance process
- Leads and/or contributes to architectures that span across product areas and/or LOBs
- Ensures other Enterprise Architects, Domain Architects, and Infrastructure Architects are engaged and strategies are incorporated into target product area architectures
Qualifications
- 10+ Years – Software Development, Software Engineering, Technical Architecture or Related
- Bachelors – Computer Science or related degree
- Strategic mindset to develop a vision of HR technology solutions
- More than 6 years of experience with Workday and HR Application Architecture
- Complete understanding of HR business processes mapping and integrations
- Experienced with application configuration with Workday and application integration interaction models
- Strong experience in architecting, designing integrations with external and internal applications with Workday and other HR applications
- Thorough understanding and experience with Workday integration platforms
- Experienced in architecting, designing external application integrations using Workday connectors
- Experienced with Workday Studio
- Very strong knowledge on Workday Master Data design
- Experience with Web Services, XML and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards)
- Knowledge of Archer and ServiceNow platforms a plus
